I go to Zumba classes three times a week and purchased these shorts to work out in to help sweat away the extra pounds and inches. I put the cream on my stomach, back and thighs. The cream has a great smell and goes on very nicely. The shorts are very easy to put on and they cover my entire stomach area up to my bra and go down to my knees (I'm 5'5" tall). I purchased a size xl and wear a size 16 clothing and they fit great! I will warn you though that after your workout you will need to go home to remove the shorts and dry off because they make you sweat alot, which is their purpose! I will defiantly be buying a smaller size as I loose lots of weight and inches. Thank you Delfin Spa for offering such great products!!
