SHORTS: Bio Ceramic material in these shorts both generates Far Infrared Rays (FIR) and reflects your body's own FAR infrared rays. I wear these shorts on my elliptical machine twice a day. In accord with what others have said, it is necessary to wear pants or capris on top of them to prevent the annoying swooshing sound. I am heavy-set and have had cellulite on my thighs since 16 years old, and don't expect these shorts to get rid of it completely. However, I have been using them for 3 weeks now and notice that some of the dimpling has gone away. The best thing about these shorts is that even though my thighs sweat profusely and my underwear is soaking (as others have mentioned) when I take the shorts off, I do not feel any discomfort while exercising. In fact, the first time I wore them, I was completely baffled at how uncomfortable and sweaty I was in the upper part of the body, and how comfortable I was in the shorts even though they were wet inside. In any case - these shorts are even better than I expected, and I hope to move to down to a size smaller soon. One possible disappointment is that it seems as though the shorts get shorter as they decrease in size. Right now I wear an XL and they are perfect length for me (I'm 5'10). I'm not looking forward to getting a shorter pair - but the decrease in size will be a major pick-me-up. Also, I'm curious if there's anyone who's used a cellulite cream both with and without the shorts - and saw a difference. The shorts by themselves seem to be working fine for me, so I'm not investing in the cream (yet).Customer Review: Miracle shorts a MUST have!!!!!

Ok people, seriously don't think about it twice and buy these shorts already!!! I'm so loving my shorts for many reason. First of all it fits sooo perfect and i love the way these shorts go all the way up to the end of my rib cage (im short 4'9). I have lost inches of my waist and my legs including my inner thighs (I hated my inner thighs they were so fat). I have lost about 70% of cellulite which makes me feel confident enough to wear my shorts and skirts. My legs have not looked so lean and I must say beautiful in years. I use my shorts every time i work out. Now people I have to admit that i do work out 5 days a week for 2 hours a day. I'm not dieting, i still eat the same food but in smaller quantities and drink a lot of water. Also I'm drinking 3 Ballerina green tea as well twice a day after my meals. All I have to say is prepare to change your undies if you work out in these because u will be dripping wet of sweat. Trust me its worth the price you won't regret it. Ive been in my first pair for 1 week & Im ready to buy a pair for everyday of the week!!! I've tried MANY other shaper/slimmer shorts & they all were hard to get into & snagged on everything like thick panty hose! Although i havent washed these in washer yet(i plan to treat them like gold! when i do wash in washer) They feel like heaven on the body! Like wearing velvet spandex! I have no idea if they will work on the cellulite-but right now Im thrilled with the feel!!! Every step is heaven-really strange for shapewear to feel better than any underwear but they are!! Looking at the other reviews-no chance these babies will go on sale any time soon! ha but nice to know Im not alone in my opinion. Others are saying they DO work-so that's just a plus! If youre on the fence-GET THEM!! You'll love them! I wear a9-10 & got a Large & concerned maybe i shouldve got a medium since they slide on like a soft glove-but I hate to lose the loving feeling i have right now! Heavenly! After buying and returning two other pairs of (less expensive) neoprene shorts from athletic stores I shelled out the money for these Delfin shorts and they are worth the extra money.
While ultimately getting rid of cellulite will take a combination of things including exercise and diet changes, ridding my troubled area of the extra water retained in these cells is a step in the process.
What makes these shorts the best I tried is the fit. Most of us who are hunting for a product like this have larger butts and upper thighs. Other shorts out there seem to be made for people with no tush. When I pulled these out of the package I could immediately tell they were different. They had curves in the right places and I slid them on easily. Also, the quality in these shorts is higher than the other two brands I originally tried (Bell and Everlast).
For sizing guides - I am a size 14-16 and got the XL and have a bit of room to spare. Now that I know they fit and work I'm going to order a second pair in size L.

This product is FANTASTIC and worth the price. I have been using this for just 9 days now and have lost, yes LOST 3 lbs. It may just be water weight but that is ok for now because as I continue wearing them daily both as shorts and under clothing they are comfortable and do make you sweat. I have tried other similar products without any results like this and I have even tried diet pills and no losses with the diet pills but these give me lots of hope. I plan on getting 2 more pair both in smaller sizes so that as the weight comes off I can go to smaller sizes. These DELFIN SPA SHORTS I will use constantly regardless of where I go. GREAT PRODUCT..KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. I also contacted the dealer and they are outstanding and I am really glad to have found this product on Amazon.com as I do quite a bit of shopping on Amazon when I am looking for something. I also thank the dealer for putting this product on Amazon to be sold. Sincerely grateful.
