SHORTS: Bio Ceramic material in these shorts both generates Far Infrared Rays (FIR) and reflects your body's own FAR infrared rays. I found the review by M.Brown to be exceedingly helpful. There's always some sort of iffyness to this type of purchase. They have the typical neopren sound but under winter cloths and around the barn no one is there to give me weird looks but 16+ head of horses. I work and move for about 4-6hrs or more a day seven days a week.
I'm the type of person that finds breaking a sweat difficult to do and the areas I collect water weight are in my stomach,hips,thighs and buttocks ( thanks to child birth ). The pants come off soaked and you can feel a drop in temp around the skin that's been covered with the shorts. Shorts don't roll; if there was ever a chance for them to do so it's during the bending,lifting,stretching and twisting I do. There's no zipper to break. I've been useing this in conjuction with a few Bliss products and wish I had started sooner. In a way I wish they were alittle more extended into a capri cut so I could stop wearing the neopren knee brace.
Highly recommend these for those equestrians out there looking to shed a few pounds or keep pounds off between show seasons.

These are great for working out in, they also work nicely underneath other clothing. I like them so much that I bought another pair. However today, while at Walmart, I came across a pair that is made for Gold's Gym which are only $10, and in my opinion, can work just as well. They are nice and long as these, light weight, and have a nylon like lining. So of course, I got a pair of those as well! If you suffer from random hip, and or lower back pain, wearing these really help when working out. I haven't noticed a difference in the appearance of my dreaded cellulite yet, but I feel like I can work out harder and longer while wearing them.
A little update on the shorts by Gold's Gym, I notice that they run a little on the large side, they don't come in as many different sizes as the Delfin's and I do like Delfin better; they fit higher up covering the entire waist area.

Wow! I really recommend this product. The shipment was fast! I just tried it on earlier during one my dance cardio workouts and soon afterwards I fit better on my skinny jeans. Ive been wondering for weeks why I could not fit right on my jeans no matter how many cardio I did. I was just losing fat and size on my upper area but not my butt,thighs and hips. Now I'm excited to wear it more and more to see more results. I will even recommend it to my mom for her to buy her own size. The Delfin spa shorts fits perfectly and it feels natural to the skin. I didnt feel dehydrated while wearing it. I'm just really happy I bought it. One thing more, hopefully it doesnt wear and tear easily. I'll update this review once it happens too soon.

Customer Review: The raves are just a LITTLE over-the-top

After reading the other reviews, I was expecting some sort of miracle. They're good-quality shorts, and they're good to wear while exercising because they make you sweat. (They're like wearing a wet suit.) That's about it. Because of the sweating, you'll lose water. That's a good thing. Will they make cellulite disappear? I'm highly doubtful! Cellulite is caused by the hardening and shortening of connective tissues beneath the skin. Sweating is not going to change that. Releasing some water can possibly help you look a little less puffy (temporarily), but there is no such thing as a beautiful body courtesy of a pair of shorts!
That said, for $36, they're a decent value. They seem well-made and they're cut for a woman's body, so they're comfortable.

I work out quite a bit, but have struggled with toning my pear shape after having babies. I stumbled upon the Delfin Spa shorts and was intrigued by the product description and the reviews. My measurements were right on the cusp, so I ordered the bigger size and hoped for the best. To my surprise, I did not have to send them back. In fact, I might have been able to squeeze into the smaller size. Truthfully, I was skeptical, but ordered the shorts to see if they would make me sweat more (which they did) and target my pear area. To my surprise, I did notice a smoother appearance after two weeks of on and off wear. This makes me wonder how much progress I can make if I wear them more often. I plan to buy another pair and then I'll see if my rate goes to 5 stars.
