No matter what I've tried, I can't wear a bra - within 45 minutes the straps give me a horrendous backache, and I was an average size 34B. Naturally, this has limited my wardrobe choices. My favorite local boutique had these things, and I test-drove them today. Now I'm not saying they should be worn to the gym, where one would engage in vigorous activity, but I did wear them for brunch and a trip to the mall with my husband. They look great, feel like nothing, and provide the coverage I've always needed when wearing thin fabrics. When trying on several blouses in a dressing room, I needed to reapply a bit, but normal activity left them quite secure. Read the instructions and you'll be fine. I'm very impressed. Comfortable, undetectable, with terrific coverage.
