I expected the bag to be cute and good condition, and I wasn't disappointed. But I was even more impressed with the features not listed- like the fact that it has a flap that comes down to cover the wheels when you wear it as a backpack so it doesn't muddy up your clothes. This bag is pretty and fun, however, it is not durable. I bought this bag pack for my six year old daughter. Her first day of school was 8-23-2010, and the bottom of the bag is already broken. The purple ( at least this is the color for this particular bag)"stand" at the bottom of the bag has completely broken off.
