This tutu is so soft and full and fluffy, perfect for a little one. The periwinkle color is a combination of alternating pale aqua and lavender tulle strips that make a very pretty combination. Some tulle can be a little crisp, but this is very very soft, yet it fluffs and poufs well. I'm anxious to see it on my grand daughter!
