What to do when you want to be a French Artist for Halloween and do not have a beret? You order it.
This was done by a third party vendor, not Amazon itself. The order came quickly and was exactly as described. The vendor deserves a high rating too.
The hat was exactly as described and was a hit with my 8 year old daughter. I would say that I could not have worn this beret because it is a little bit small. So if you are an adult looking for a beret, if you have a larger head, you might want to look for a different size. But the hat was high quality and perfect for us.
