Customer Review: Keeps you warm, great underlayment

I usually wear thermals most the winter as an underlayment of all my clothes. I try to pick out a couple pairs of long-john type thermals a year and try them out. So far this is the second best I've found (Terramar Thermolator 2 being #1). This is very thin so it wicks fairly well (especially well when you compare to most straight cotton/polyester alternatives). It does a fine job at keeping you warm with this and a long sleeve button down I am usually fairly comfortable down to about 55. It does a good job of keeping the odor down too and can be worn for several days between washes, no problem.Customer Review: perfect for skiing

I ski pretty intensly, and used to sweat thru cotton based shirts. unfortuantely you'd get pretty cold going back up on the lifts. This product dries quickly (if it gets wet), even under ski bibe and jacket. Odor prevention claim is accurate. Shirt is very light, but keeps you warm.Customer Review: Warmth and Comfort

The Veritherm underwear shirts we purchased for our son were supposed to be midweight. However, they were much thinner than the midweight shirts we bought at the local outdoor gear store, even though they were supposed to be the same brand, style, etc. Could there have been some mispackaging, or is someone misrepresenting the product? Anyway, if you are looking for midweight polyprop underwear, steer clear of this stuff.Customer Review: NOT A THEARMAL

These are NOT a true thearmal. This product mught have a purpose for a under the jacket wear, but it's actualy COLD to wear on its own with a T-shirt over it. I tried to sleep in them & it was amazingly COLD when my arms would touch the cold part of my bed, or comforter. I think I was warmer without it. Out in my shop I tried to wear these with a T-shirt on top & it was just FREEZING! My arms felt colder than if I just had a T-shirt alone. It's almost like it does the opposite of what a thearmal should do. Maybe under a jacket or sweater it helps in some way, but I don't like them at all. I feel I wasted my money.
