I have purchased those little repair kits in the grocery stores ... they cost more and do a lot less. With this little kit I repaired 3 pairs of eyeglasses including 2 nose pads. I read the reviews that kvetched about the tiny screws (what do you expect?) no nuts (my kit had nuts, though I didn't need them). I did find the screwdriver a little unwieldy so I used my jeweler's screwdrivers. And a pair of tweezers can be handy too especially if you scatter the parts by accident like I did.
