I LOVE this pumping bra! In the last trimester of pregnancy I got carpal-tunnel syndrome in both hands, which made pumping not just uncomfortable, but downright painful. Just holding the phalanges against my chest hurt my hands and wrists. This bra has been a life-saver. I can pump and not have to use my hands at all, and now that I'm a month postpartum and the carpal-tunnel syndrome is gone, I can knit, read, type or whatever while pumping! When I was researching pumping bras, I saw the reviews for this one that said folks were ending up with the wrong size in the mail, but I followed the size guide and got the right size for me. After a few uses, the fabric stretches out along the top and around the front holes, but just throw it into the washer and dryer and it's back in shape. It's easy to put on, easy to use... in fact, I'm using it now while I write this review!Customer Review: A must have for a working pumping mom!

I bought this upon returning to work after my second child. I was skeptical of it but remembering how much I dreaded pumping with my first child, I thought it was worth a shot! It has made all the difference in the world! Now I can do other things during my pumping sessions. Not only does it make the time go faster, but I'm able to relax a bit more.
The bustier design makes it quick and easy to put on without having to remove any articles of clothing. One other added benefit of wearing this while pumping is that it keeps you a little bit warmer. It's a bit drafty where I pump and having a layer to cover me up makes it a bit more comfortable too.

I am so glad I got this one instead of the halter that has to be pulled on over my head. I just open the flaps on my nursing bra and zip it around me with the flanges through the opening. I have a Medela pump, so I have had no trouble getting the parts in and out. It's so convenient! I can't imagine not having it.

I love this product! I am pumping many times a day because I couldn't get my baby to latch on, and I wanted to make sure she got some breast milk. This product lets me do something during the several hours a day that I'm pumping. I can read a book, watch t.v. (and change the channels!), or work on the computer. With a new baby, life is busy, and this product helps me to reclaim some time for myself. I highly recommend it!Customer Review: How could you pump without it???

This is the best product there is for "hands free" pumping. I also tried the elastic/velcro product & it is not as comfortable or as easy to put on & use quickly as this one. I have to pump at work (& other times) & I appreciate anything that makes it easy & quick. For sizing help -- I wear a 38C & I got the large & it is perfect. It has not stretched out & I have been using it multiple times daily for over 3 months now.
