We found out we were pregnant right after my husband had been laid off. I ran across this product while searching for ways to postpone the inevitable purchase of maternity clothes as they are so expensive. This product worked great! It extended my ability to wear pre-pregnancy clothes. I probably could have worn these through my whole pregnancy, but found that the bigger I got the more my pants were falling down. I have very narrow hips and no behind to speak of so there was nothing holding my pants up besides the tight waist (which isn't very comfortable for the ever expanding belly). For those who don't have that problem, this would be a great product to keep wearing stylish/expensive pants through pregnancy.Customer Review: Love It!

These sound like a good idea, but overall they don't work well in practice. The first time I wore them, one of the attached buttons popped right off almost immediately. They should be able to withstand normal wearing, not fall apart on the first try!
If they greatly improved the quality of this product, it might be a good purchase. But as they are, they are absolutely not worth the money. Do the old hairband-elastic trick with a belly band over it instead.

I love this product because I'm in that akward stage where I cant wear maternity clothes just yet but my regular clothes dont fit anymore.
