Customer Review: Don't Waste Your Money

My daughter got this backpack as a gift and within 3 days of minimal use, 3 of the badge covers fell off and the zip pull broke. 3 days!! I took the extra steps and called and emailed (3x) the Ed Hardy folks at their customer service number and email address and have yet to hear from anyone. I will add that she also had the Ed Hardy boots (similar to Ugg, fur lined, etc.) and they insides shredded and fell apart within 2 weeks. My general thoughts on the Ed Hardy prodcuts at this point is that they need to significantly improve quality before you spend any money on them.
