I bought these based on other reviewer comments, but was still worried. I have tried the silicone stick-on ones, which were awful and made things worse. But these finally came and they work great. I wear them everyday to work and finally don't have to drag a sweater with me everywhere on hot days. (Not that a sweater always helped.) I can see these through a sheer bra, and even a sheer shirt, but they have been great under all the clothes that I actually wear in public. I plan to get another set, they are a great price for all the piece of mind that they give.
They do not adhere to the skin, but after having them on for about an hour or so, they end up sticking to the skin, so that you have to peel them off when you remove them. Since I wear them to work all the time now, after a few months of peeling them off, I noticed some skin irritation. A simple solution I found was to place a small piece of folded tissue onto the center of each disk before wearing them. Now they still stick where the tissue does not cover the disk, but there is much less area sticking to the skin and so no more irritation. I love these disks and wear them almost everywhere I go.

Yes, we know this is a problem and this is absolutely the best solution. I have been waiting and looking for this product for 5 years and finally Edith's created it. It is a medical foam disc with curving slits around the edges for a perfect non-slip fit. Wear it with your bra shelf tops, work out wear or your bra that just doesn't stop the poke through. You will be absolutely amazed, it is completely invisible. You can also use these with your swimsuits!! Simply wash with soap and water and let dry on a towel. These are not adhesives and must be worn with a bra or bra shelf.
