It is a medical foam disc with curving slits around the edges for a perfect non-slip fit. Wear it with your bra shelf tops, work out wear or your bra that just doesn't stop the poke through. You will be absolutely amazed, it is completely invisible. You can also use these with your swimsuits!! Simply wash with soap and water and let dry on a towel. I have always been really self conscious about my boobs. So many outfits wasted....it looked like I was smuggling raisins.
These passed the test. I wore them with my swim suit to swim laps. I was nervous because a previous reviewer said the outline showed through her shirt. I didn't have this problem. No outline showed, they stayed in place....I am pleased!!

these work wonderful. i've tried others and nothing works as well. i haven't had any problem with them moving around or showing thru clothes. definitely need to wash them each day but it's a piece of cake. it's well worth the price.Customer Review: Miracle product

This is the best product that I could have bought for myself . Extremely comfortable ..don't even feel as if you are wearing anything and do a great job of hiding nipples through any T-shirts or dress.
