This costume is true to size (doesn't run super small like most costumes do, I was wary of ordering my actual size but glad I did). The only thing I wasn't expecting was for the hat to be so... shiny, lol (definitely made of vinyl, as is the belt), but I wasn't planning on wearing the hat anyways. Other than that, the dress itself is very well made.
