The picture of this item looks great, exactly what I wanted. It came completely flat and folded up in plastic, with fold creases in the leather. The zipper does not work correctly, it comes unzipped in the middle of the zipper. Overall, just not the quality I was hoping for.Customer Review: disappointed

I realize this bag is very inexpensive, but still it is no deal! The website I found it on is was called Italian Leather Shoes. I clicked on their sub-catagory of Italian Leather Bags and saw this sling purse and a very low price. When it arrived I was very disappointed with the poor quality and then saw the tag that said Made In China. So much for Italian Leather Handbags. If I wanted a cheap bag from China I would have gone straight to WalMart! Referring back to the website it said that the bag is from USA. Nope! Dont be fooled.Customer Review: Did not hold up

I bought this purse because I love the style of using it over the shoulder or as a backpack. I had other purses that fit this description and loved them. When I first got this purse, I was surprised at the thinness of the material, but thought it would be okay. I loved it until the zipper pull began to break under normal use and finally the entire zipper broke. It's only April! This purse did not even last 6 months- or for that matter not even 3 months. I was very disappointed with this product, while nice looking it isn't not practical. The side zipper can barely fit a woman's had in it let alone try to put a wallet in and out of regularly without putting stress on the zipper which will ultimately break over time.
For now it is trashed in the back of my closet maybe one of the little ones around will use it for dress up one day.

This backpack purse arrived with a zipper that wouldn't zip. So after paying the $7 in shipping to get an unusable product, I had to pay another $9 to ship it back to get my original backpack cost of $15 back. All in all, I'm out $16 for something I no longer have. It seems like you shouldn't have to pay for shipping on a defective product.
