Ok, first I'll say this, the bag isn't ugly it's cute. But I'm pssed the bag looked so much roomier online! The picture makes this bag seem like you could put stuff in it for days, but then you get the bag in person and realize it holds a few journals and a pencil case and makeup bag, maybe. I like my bags gigantic, because I carry so much stuff with me on campus. And the opening of the bag is so tight. A 5 star and 5 subject notebook Barely squeezed in here. I'm max that I already paid to ship it here and I don't want to pay to ship it back, even though I feel decided by the stupid picture. If I planned on spending money I would have bought an expensive bag. I should have just done that because now I am going to have to make this baby purse work. Bottom line if you like your bags huge don't buy or you will super disappointed. If you like small/medium bags then knock yourself out
