I really like these mini pads! They're cloth-covered, so you don't get all sweaty like with silicone inserts. Plus they are small enough to fit in my 32A bras. They give just a little boost, but when you're petite to begin with it does make a difference. I wear them angled to the sides, rather than underneath my breasts; they work best this way, since I haven't got much to "push up." If you're small-busted and between sizes, these will help you fill out your bra cups.
