I bought this to wear on my wedding day ( march '11 ), and just recieved the item. While it did ship fast, the item, however, does not fit my leg. So bigger girls ( size 11 & up ) don't even bother wasting your time buying this garter, it clearly was not made for us. Not only that, I can't even return it. So I'm stuck with a garter I can't even wear.
