I don't normally wear yoga shorts because they tend to be a bit short for my liking but these are long enough that I feel comfortable in them and they don't scoot up any higher. The pink roll over part tends to unfold and climb up my abdomen so I find myself adjusting them in between poses.

The fabric is breaths and is designed to pull moisture (sweat!) away from your skin. The cotton lined gusset provides both flexibility and comfort.
