The Shoe Dauber is made in Germany . Like our Shoe Shine Brushes it has 100% genuine horsehair bristles that are of the finest and softest quality to be found. An elegant brown wooden handle with a clear coat finish allows for easy handling and mess-free application of shoe polish to your shoes. The Shoe Dauber is available in black and grey brown. To prevent color contamination it is recommended to use separate Daubers for every color of shoe polish. I'm a big believer of quality German manufacturing but for once I was wrong. Bought 3 brushes and have been loosing significant amount of bristles - on one brush I lost 3 sets (the entire clumps) of bristles when the glue failed when I was polishing my shoes.
I would avoid these and consider going to something of better, basic quality.

I really hate leaving negative feedback but what I got was not what they described in the listing. The brushes I got are not made in Germany, they are made in Brazil. There is a big difference in the quality of goods when you compare the two countries. The brushes I received are cheaply made. I won't buy from this vendor again. He advertises one product and then sends out a cheaper version of that product.
