Customer Review: Poor Quality and poor service

Initially these gloves seemed to be great. Soft leather and a nice lining. However, after about 2 months wear the lining starting to wear through and I ended up with holes in multiple places in both gloves. This made them uncomfortable to wear and reduced the warmth significantly. Eventually I had to stop wearing them as a result. When I contacted the company to complain and ask for a refund, they told me that they would not exchange or refund the gloves, as nearly 3 months wear was beyond their exchange policy. This in spite of the fact that the gloves were clearly poorly made to have worn out so quickly.
I would not buy from this company again.

I ordered these as a Christmas gift for my dad. He usually wears Large gloves, so I ordered Large. The gloves arrived today and they don't even fit me and I usually wear mediums! I checked the size chart and measured my hands to make sure, my hands are about 8" around the knuckles and these gloves are still too tight. Definitely won't fit my dad!
