I bought this item to go with a halloween costume. Obviously, I didn't expect it to be of the highest quality for 5 or 6 bucks so this review is simply to tell you exactly what you're getting. The choker itself is made of that cheap 'fuzz' velvet that you could scrape off the backing if you tried and the gemstone is stuck on with glue. I did have problems with the glue coming undone on one side of the gem, but I was able to reglue it with no problems. The one-size fits all descriotion is somewhat hilarious as the clasp is a 3/4 inch strip of velcro, meaning there's no way to really adjust the sizing to fit your individual neck. So, unless you have a neck like a body-builer (or are a man looking to use this for a drag costume), it's going to be too large and you'll have to get creative in fastening it securely. I played around with a safety pin and (fortunately) was wearing my hair down to cover it. All in all though, it's a decent product for the price, but I wouldn't plan to get much wear out of it. Find something of higher quality or make one yourself if you want/need it to last.
