Customer Review: Don't Waste your time

The Gloves are mediocre at best. There is not much insulation, the fingertips are even thinner. Probably the equivalent of the thickness of a t-shirt. I bought the men's XL and they are too small. My normal glove size is a Large to maybe an XL for a few. The worst thing though is the customer service of Freehands. The phone number goes straight to a machine and I have been trying for more than 2 weeks to get a reply e-mail from them. Do not waste your time or do what I did, buy some inexpensive gloves and cut a two small hows in them about the size of a hole punch. One at the tip of your pointer finger and the other in the middle of your thumb pad. Right where your finger needs to touch the touchscreen. You will stay warmer and they will probably work better.

All Freehands have fully shirred wrists to keep cold air from getting in and a plastic hook and loop to hold the gloves together when you put them away or to attach to a jacket zipper.
