Customer Review: Insubstantial fabric and very small

We were pretty unhappy with these shirts. When they arrived, the 2/3T shirts were borderline too small (!) for our 2y3m son. He is tall, but not 4YO tall! On first wear, they were very thin and felt like low-quality fabric, but I hoped they would improve upon washing and drying, as white undershirts often do. After a wash they were a little better, but still thin and not soft, and they had shrunk significantly, so that now they look like they were made for an 18mo kid. So in all, not what we were hoping for to keep our son warm this winter.
Size--smallish, if your kid is tall or over 2 1/2, I guess you need the 4T
Quality--ok, but definitely worse than the Costco Kirkland Sig. shirts I wear (that cost about the same for 6 larges)
