"One size fits all"? Perhaps if you're buying it for a class of third-graders or younger. It's small, less full-looking than the photo suggests and generally unconvincing. Your hair will show through unless it's closely-cropped and light-colored.

I think you could make a more convincing wig with cotton balls glued to a swim cap, perhaps an old mop, or some other improvisation.
