I freaking love this bag. Okay, so it is the first bag I've bought for myself in five years, what can I say, I was in a rut, but for my money, this is perfect and meets all my needs.

What I wanted in a bag were the following features;

Lightweight materials

machine washable

a zipper part to keep change and other small, roly poly items from falling out (I sometimes swing my bag energetically around like a lasso or a spatula)

a wide, comfortable strap that is adjustable (my last bag had a pencil thin strap that left welts in my skin, I'm delicate)

a color other than white (I bought the olive)

larger than a checkbook but smaller than a minifridge. I know giant totes are the rage this year, but my grandma had a bodybag sized purse and she used to carry around paper towels, thread (various hues), pies, steak sauce, etc. If I buy a giant bag I might start stuffing it with weird stuff too.
