Customer Review: Lovely Umbrella - VERY Heavy

This is the heaviest folding umbrella I have ever encountered. Probably because the spines are so sturdy and there's an internal mechanism for push-button close, as well as push-button open. (I've never had an automatic closing umbrella before - it's neat!) It's a nice, roomy umbrella when open, which you don't always get with a folding umbrella.
If you are a commuter who has to carry an umbrella in your briefcase or bag, I would not recommend this umbrella for you, because it is so heavy.
