As previous reviewers indicate, this item comes up in a search for Sprint HTC Touch Pro 2 accessories. The phone does NOT fit in this charging dock/cradle nor does the backup battery fit into the provided charging port. So I now have a product which is likely not worth returning, though I will spend a little time researching the process and see if it is worthwhile.
