This thing rocks. Bought it for my HTC Touch Pro. Extra battery is awesome to have, and always charged. Docking the phone is super easy, sits upright at my desk so I can see who is calling and answer with my headset. USB makes it possible to connect it to your computer. This function works, however I don't use it as the phone offers bluetooth connections to your computer.
Keep in mind you don't get the second battery for free to be sure to pick one of those up too. I hope they make this for the Touch Pro 2 also!

Hey dummies, why don't you pay attention to what you're buying before you give something a bad review just because you couldn't take 30secs to read the damn description... really? you ought to be slapped, this works perfect for WHAT IT IS INTENDED... why WOULDN'T this come up in a search for "Touch Pro 2" (most likely the 2 gets ignored because it's not a "word" or "high priority" to the search engine... seriously people, PAY ATTENTION!!!Customer Review: Great for the desk

After some mis-communications via email the return process went smoothly with a prompt refund credit issued. I did not know the HTC Touch Pro & Touch Pro 2 have different form factors and the the charging cradles and battery sizes are different.
