They sent me the wrong charger, I got one for a blackberry. It was a mistake, from the looks of it, by the labeling on the box. The bigger sticker said HTC, the smaller one with the barcode said blackberry. Return was easy though and the refund was quick.Customer Review: Cradle/charger

Sprint HTC Touch Pro USB Sync and Charge Cradle (with AC Charger) (w/ 2nd battery support) I purchased this as it was reccomended when I was choosing a battery and screen protectors for my Touch Pro 2. When I contacted the company that sent it it was going to cost almost as much to return. I feel as though this was presented as an item that would go with the other products that I had ordered. It doesn't take the battery (battery larger). I haven't ordered a lot on line but so far all items ordered have been properly adv. I don't feel this is the case with this item. Thank you for letting me vent my frustrations.
