Customer Review: Love the design and feel, but it broke on first day using it.

This product looks cool, as described and would be good besides a few major flaws that we ran into. The caribiner that comes with it was cheap and lasted about 1 hour. The zipper tabs both came off on the day after Christmas (it was a Christmas present). I did get one of the tabs back on, but still feel I should return it. However . . . the cost to exchange it would be the cost of shipping ($3) and it really wouldn't pay since the cost for the item is $4. We might just use it until the zipper doesn't work again.Customer Review: it sucks

I hate this case it is so ugly,it looks so much different on line and when u get it it's huge and not what i wanted at all, the materiel sucks so i will never buy anything from these ppl again....
