As previous reviewers indicate, this item comes up in a search for Sprint HTC Touch Pro 2 accessories. The phone does NOT fit in this charging dock/cradle nor does the backup battery fit into the provided charging port. So I now have a product which is likely not worth returning, though I will spend a little time researching the process and see if it is worthwhile.Customer Review: Misleading Search

I have an HTC Touch Pro 2. I entered a search for accessories using Touch Pro 2 as the search criteria. Amazon included this Touch Pro ONE accessory in the search results. EFORCITY did refund my money including shipping. But watch out for Amazon search engine!Customer Review: Poor product

This cradle did not fit my HTC Touch Pro 2. My phone is a SPRINT model and it just does not fit in the dock. It is not worthwhile to return but I am not happy with it and will obviously not make any more purchases from this seller.
