I don't know what everyone is talking about. The organic onesies are not the ones that are small- It's the non-organic onesies that are small.
I bought the Gerber Organic Onesies in NB and 0-3 months and was given some Gerber non-organic ones in both NB and 0-3 months. The difference is ASTONISHING.
Not only are the organic ones nicer. . . they are thicker, softer and more durable they are much BIGGER than the non-organic ones.
The non-organic ones are made of thin, cheap and rough cotton . . . not to mention they are TINY.
The newborn size should fit a 5-8 lb baby. The organic ones fit my baby until she was 11 lbs, while the non-organic ones were tight on her when she was born (7lbs 9oz). . . I didn't even bother putting them on her again because the material was so bad.
She is 2 months old now and wearing the 0-3 month size now that she is up to 12 lbs. They fit her well and with room to spare. I will definitely be buying more of these onesies.
