I do not believe in the "pull ups" philosophy of potty training. I bought several packages of these and my son was potty trained in 10 days. They are well made, soft, comfortable and even though my son has been potty trained for a year now they are not so bulky so they are still in the underwear rotation. They are obviously not going to soak up and entire accident but have just enough extra absorbency that when they start to "get it" if they feel some pee start to leak out they can make it to the potty. I wouldn't have done it any other way. ( I did use 1 package of pull ups at night time but when it was gone we went to these....of course my son was waking up in the morning with a dry diaper half the time before we even started potty training).Customer Review: potty training

I purchased this for my son. He is 2 1/2. They stop only small leaks. He can tell that he's wet immediately ( not like pull-ups).These are perfect for potty training.

These work pretty well. My son loves wearing his big guy underwear. The training pants will not absorb everything but it is not as bad as normal underwear.Customer Review: Functional - sort of

These training pants are a great price, but for my purposes, they don't entirely work. We are just starting the potty-training adventure, and I am using them to teach my son to feel when he pees without all the clean-up on my carpets (I'm a firm believer in letting them run around naked to learn, but after just a few evenings of that, the clean-up got really old. I wish we had hardwood floors!).
These pants work great if it's just a little bit of pee, but with a relatively full bladder, they have leaked right out, down my son's legs, and onto my carpet. Oh well... I will continue to use them periodically, but I also bought the Imse Vimse pants which seem to work extremely well.
