I bought this for my then 11-month-old. She is a couple of inches shorter than the average 11-12-month-old. The bottoms are fine, probably good for the average year-old, but a wee bit long for my daughter. But the sizing of the top is not consistent. The sleeves are too long for my daughter, but the hole for the head and the body of the top are small...Maybe for an 8-9-month-old. It stretches so I can still put the top on my daughter, but it scratches her face if I'm not careful. It also rides up on her tummy. Again, my daughter is small for her age, and that top barely fits her. It's a cute set, but probably defective. Overall, I don't regret spending only $6.49 on it though. I bought another set for the same price, and have pretty much the same issues, although the top is stretchier (regular cotton).
