I liked the idea of these, and I think they would probably work well. They are cotton inside and PEVA waterproof material on the outside. The problem is that the PEVA material is very crinkly and plasticky. My daughter did not like wearing these at all, and would attempt to take them off before we could even find out if they worked. They are also pretty bulky.
