Customer Review: tight at the shoulders

My son is a little guy (20 lbs) and the 12 mos fit him well but the coat was a little tight at the shoulders. You know how they walk with their arms up all the time, it would bulk a the back. It is tailored like a mini adult suit and it is not made for toddlers so he did keep the coat on very long because it restricted his movement too much. also, the fabric is not very soft and the shirt is too short and would not stay in his pants.
