Gives me the ability to breast feed and not expose my stomach, which is warmer and more attractive. I got a medium which looked big out of the bag but proved to be perfect. I am 5'4 and the control section could be slighty longer but it gets most of the trouble area. My only other recommendation for product enhancement would be to make the material silkier to allow clothes to glide over it better. With that said I have some of those that are not for breast feeding and they tend to roll up. So this might be better. First day wearing it so I'll add to the review later.
