I wear these socks year-round, for dress and casual. They are warm in winter and yet comfortable in summer. I even wear the over-the-calf variety for skiing--they are thin, durable, and comfortable, and they keep me as warm as any ski sock I have ever owned.Customer Review: best socks ever

These are the longest wearing socks my husband has ever had. Each pair wears a year or more. He does not put any holes in the toes or heels with these like he has done within a month or two of any other sock we have tried.
