When designing the Shoe Pouch, our primary goal was to ensure a snug fit, extensively testing it with reinforced, nylon lace loops, and a Velcro? closure over the insertion slit. These designs maximize the durability of the Shoe Pouch while, most importantly, maintaining the accuracy of the Nike+? system.The Shoe Pouch will stand up to the elements, and guaranteed not to tear or rip.
The Shoe Pouch matches the correct longitudinal alignment of the sensor, completely covers the sensor and attaches through the laces for excellent security. With a small, low profile, secure, neoprene design, the Shoe Pouch is the answer to using the Nike+iPod? with any style of shoe.

I wish that I had gotten the shoe pouch sooner! I had always thought that I had to have Nike running shoes in order to use my Nike Plus, but was very happy to find that I could still use it with any pair of running shoes. Yeah! Thanks for finally making them in other colors. This is fantastic, I don't have to spend the extra money for the Nike + shoes and I can still use my gadget! For those of you who say it's inaccurate--calibrate it using a treadmill, both walking and running and you'll be much happier, trust me - I love it!Customer Review: usefull

The shoe pouch for my Nike+ works perfectly. It's secure and discreet (I picked one that's the color of the trim of my shoe). I'm really happy with it.
I did manage to calibrate it incorrectly, but I'm assuming that's just user error and I need to recalibrate. You might check your calibration after several runs to see if it's accurate (my mileage is WAY higher than it should be!). Happy running!

I bought this pouch in hopes that I could wear my Brooks while running with my Nike+ ipod. I ran with my friend who was running with her Nike + shoes. We are usually right with each other. But on the two separate runs we did, I was far ahead according to the ipod/pouch. It was easy to put on, I could get my sensor out without untying my shoes, but it was terribly inaccurate. Therefore, i will not be using it at all.
