The tuneband has a comfortable stretchy VelcroŽ band that fits both large and small arms. Also, the tuneband comes with a low tack peel screen protector.

This case is simple, but works great. The silicone casing fits the iPhone perfectly, and provides a low profile look on your arm when you use it at the gym or while running. However, the mold of the silicone is tight. If you have an existing iPhone cover or case, it will have to be removed each time you place your iphone into this Arm bad. The Velcro in the band is extremely strong and won't move even if you do intensive/heavy weights at the gym (like dumbbell or barbell use). The instruction manual informs you to be careful when placing the phone into the silicone case, and this holds true. Make sure to slowly and carefully place your iPhone into the case before using - don't rush putting it into the casing or you may hyperextend it or break tear it if you are moving too quick. The Armband includes a screen protector (provided) which I haven't used, but highly recommend that if you DON'T have one, you either use the one provided or invest in one.
The band circumference will offer a fit for small arms and large arms and again - the Velcro will NOT move or be easily detached during your workout!
Very good armband.
-Looks good (low profile) when you wear it; doesn't add a bulky appearance to your arm like some other armbands can.
- easy to get your iPhone in and out of the silicone casing (again - just be slow and be careful - it's a tight, custom molded fit!). The openings for the headphone jack and the "sleep" button on the phone don't restrict use of these 2 features of the iPhone.
-easily accommodates a good workout with dumbbells or a long distance run.

I ordered this product for my Iphone 3G. Because this item has three elements, I'm going to split my review into three parts. Overall, this is a well-priced product that suits my needs. Also, the Tuneband arrived several days earlier than promised.
Silicone Skin: It fits perfectly on the phone. In fact, I use the case all of the time, not only when I am using the arm band. It has a nice feel to it and seems to protect the edges of the phone (although I have not tested this by dropping it, YET!). The only downside is that the material collects dust and debris and needs to be taken off and wiped down every day or so.
Arm Band: Is a nice lenght, fits around my arm fine and seems to work as described. When I run, my Iphone does jostle around a bit, but not to the point of annoyance or *gasp* falling out. I attribute the movement more to the large size of the Iphone rather (compared to the small Ipod I'm used to) than bad design of this product. However, I wonder if a design with two thinner arm bands (top and bottom) would create less bouncing?
Screen Protector: I opted against using this. It comes with a template so you can cut it to size, which is nice in theory. But I don't have very precise cutting skills, so I didn't tackle the project of cutting it to fit around the screen and the buttons.

I've given this product 4 stars because overall I have no complaints. I have a Speck brand case on my iphone on a permanent basis, and I like that I can stretch this product over the top of it instead of taking my iphone out of its case and switching cases every time I wanted to work out.
I looked at several products, and most of them seem to be aimed at you permanently attaching their case and just removing the arm band when you didn't need it to work out. I don't need another permanent case, just one I can slip on and off for running outside, and this one fits the bill.
The material itself is super stretchy, and the arm band stays put and fits my (non bodybuilder) arms just fine. I haven't had any issues with sweat, arm band slippage, or iphone jiggling while running that other customers have complained about across different products.
Finally, the company that ships this product seems very small and customer-service oriented. They send you an email before shipping wanting you to confirm they're about to send you the right product; I didn't have any problems but I'm sure they'd more than take care of me if I did.
