I highly recommend this armband, very comfortable, light weight and doesn't bother my GPS readings. I would have ordered a smaller armband if it that had been available. I had to split the band in half, remove two inches of it and then sew it back together, I have very small wrists. Unlike using a previous band, my Runkeeper Live program is working perfectly and when I return home after the run, the run is recorded and waiting for me on my computer. I didn't need a fancy holder, just something simple so I could carry my phone on my arm while I run. This was perfect! The construction seems sturdy and it holds up well. The rubber casing is surprisingly nice and I usually leave it on to protect my phone while it's in my pocket. Plus, it's a very reasonable price.
The service is very good and they keep you up to date on the status. I never needed to contact them and didn't have any problems, but I felt like they would have been helpful if it had been necessary.

I was really nervous about using this armband so it stayed in the package for two weeks. Last Sunday, I ran a half marathon so I knew I had to use it because there was no way I was carrying a phone in my hand for 13.1 miles. I was more nervous about the phone dropping during the run than I was about completing the run. Everything worked out fine. The band started slipping at about the 12 mile mark but I just tightened it up and was able to finish the run. I would definitely recommend this armband to everyone.Customer Review: Finally an arm band for my wife.

My wife likes her iphone. She wanted to work out, but all the arm bands we found seemed to flop around when she did her cardio. This one fits really well and secures the iphone to her arm. it is made really well and the arm band itself has enough velcro for any sized arms. I ordered this for christmas and it arrived really fast and in time for me to wrap it and give to my wife on christmas eve (family tradition). Highly recommend this product for the person that uses their iphone for their ipod.Customer Review: One issue only

The only issue I had was the original armband sent was too snug. I mentioned this in my original review and as others with issues have mention, received a reply shortly after.
I was sent a larger armband that works perfect for me.
I wish they mentioned this and gave some way to indicate which you would prefer when you ordered, but that is my on real issue with them.
The customer service of this company is great, and the product is awesome Recommend for anybody!
