I own an iPhone 3G and this fits perfectly. The skin seeems to be the right thickness, not too thin or too thick and it holds the iPhone snugly. The armband is very comfortable and stretchy. There is a screen protector that you can cut out and apply, if you want. You can access all the buttons and ports on the iPhone which is cool.Customer Review: awesome for workouts

I purchased this specifically for running. I use it for the Nike+ and some other running apps. The phone stays secure and I can still have full functionality of the touch screen unlike the belkin arm band that I used for my ipod. I bought this armband for myself, but often find my husband using it as well. I'm a petite 100lbs. He's about 160lbs and medium build. The band fits both of us perfectly. I use this for running and lifting, etc. It holds the iphone and you still have access to the controls. I ordered this band based on the reviews and I'm really glad I did, it is simple and practical; the band can be remove to use only the plastic case which makes it versatile, that way I don't need two cases this one does it all in and out of the gym.
