Customer Review: Warm And Comfortable, But Needs Better Stitching

This Ski Mask is very warm and comfortable. I got the black version, and it looks very nice. This stitching around the eyes is a bit of a problem though. The point where the eye holes come together over your nose, is very thin and fragile. The stitching on mine broke, and now I have a two hole ski mask. I was careful with it because I noticed right away that it looked fragile, but it broke anyway. However, having a two hole mask instead of a three hole does not bother me that much, but it may be a factor for you. Now, another reviewer mentioned that it was small. I do not have this problem. I am a bit larger than the average person, and this thing fits just fine. I assume it will fit fine on you too. If you need a ski mask, I cant think of a better one to get, and it is selling for a very reasonable price.Customer Review: Broken between eyes pretty easily

When I got my ski mask, the material that separates the eyes was already a tiny bit broken, maybe one thread, but it's a string of not too many threads back and forth, so soon, they all broke, now I have a one two hole ski mask, one eye hole and one mouth hole, which isn't exactly what i wanted. but it's comfortable and warmCustomer Review: It works.

This ski mask worked.
It isn't hugely comfortable, as the material on the inside is the same as the material on the outside, a sortof wool material.
The nose area pushes on my nose a bit, making my nose get a bit of a redness when I take it off. I was thinking of maybe buying one of those filter masks for filtering out fumes, and sewing it to the inside to create an area so it doesn't push against the nose, but I haven't done that yet. I also think that if you did that, then sewing a very comfortable material underneath that may make this mask even better. Also have the inner material drape down the neck a bit to cover the neck... leading to my next point.
This mask is also pretty short. The bottom of it reaches just below the chin and so your neck is exposed when you wear it. I am not that big of a person either. It definitely doesn't cover your whole neck like the picture implies.
I didn't experience the eyes coming apart yet and I've been wearing it for a few weeks now. Also, I am not sure what people are talking about when they say elastic around the eyes allows this to work over glasses. First off I don't see any elastic around the eyes. It's just sewn together, although the material is stretchy. I have worn glasses underneath this mask and it isn't comfortable. I have to take off my glasses and put on contacts because it is pushing too much against my glasses.
Also with the mouth hole, it starts like right at the tip of your nose, when I have it so the eyes are positioned over my eyes. (Not to mention it is putting pressure on my nose).
However overall this mask works for me. It's definitely better than nothing, and it is super cheap. So... It's not terrible. I have worn it for periods of time and it didn't start to get on my nerves too badly, despite my complaints. It does do the job in keeping me warm. In the bitter cold, my face doesn't feel cold. The material does well at keeping the cheeks warm.
However if you are a ski-er and want something that is going to do you for something more serious, I would probably not go for this one. It doesn't have the best visual either- the sides of the eyes kindof block your view a bit... although this may be the case with most masks. But yeah, for that kind of activity, I probably would put in the bucks for something that is more comfortable with a nicer lining. But for something cheap that works, this one worked for me.

I don't consider myself a big person. I like to think that I am pretty average but either my head is huge or this face mask is small. The eye holes would almost steach to my ears better than my eyes. I had to stitch the outside of the eyes together to keep from looking like (my 5 year old sons words not mine) I had been bitten by a radioactive spider. Believe me, I don't have a big head, this mask is small for me and the thread near the nose just was out when I received it...
Only reason I gave this item 2 stars is because of it's quality. It has a pretty good quality for the price.
