Picked these up at $2.99 with 0 shipping cost.
Glasses shipped and arrived within 5 days of purchase (over Thanksgiving weekend, no less). [Order place: 11/26/2010, Arrived: 12/01/2010]
Mirror quality is great. You have to be within 5 inches to see through it from the opposing side.
Comes with a tag that says 100% UV 400 protection, blocks UVA and UVB rays.
Did not come with any pouches like other have said, only three plastic zip-locked bags.
Glasses are quite dark, recommended only for bright days while driving - kind of a "duh" statement.
Frame is definitely quite sturdy - not exactly metal, but it has some weight to it and looks pretty damn good.
Hinges are like those on regular glasses. I don't know the mechanism so I don't know to call it spring hinges or what.
The fit is comfortable. I don't really know the circumference of my head, but I guess you can say its about average. I've actually got a little bit of room, and the hinges can probably take some strain.
Downsides:
Some small scratches on all of the lenses. On two of them, they are minuscule, negligible. One of them took quite a beating though. By no means, however, is it useless. What can I say, though? $2.99 and 0 shipping!
The nose things are kind of misshapen. It's not that bad at all; I was able to fix them with my hands by bending them. You'd probably be able to do a much better job with a set of pliers.
