I mostly use the bag as a tote, which you can do by undoing a few buttons. I like the bag but you have to air it out for about a week before using it. I don't know what the smell is from, but it does wear off after about a week. The hardware on the bag is substantial and the bag has held up well so far. after reading all the reviews I was anxious to see what I was getting. For the price it's a great bag. What I don't like are the pockets, the snaps and the zipper. Especially the zipper, it's just dumb and I want to cut it out. My purses never stay organized anyway, so I could care less about the pockets. I had wanted a similar designer purse that I could not afford. I just happened to see this one and decided to buy it, as the price was so reasonable that even if I hated it, I would have no regrets. I'm very happy with my new purse.It is slighty larger than i wanted but the comliments i get from others atone for it's size.I love the material it is made of.Now i want the zebra print.Yours Truly Butterfly
