Customer Review: Don't walk, RUN AWAY!! Defective product, cheating shipping policies and bad customer service

NOTHING BUT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
1.Item defective out of the plastic baggie. Static on the line, NOT stereo sound bad connection. If it doesn't work as soon as you get it, imagine how bad it will be after some use.
2.Charged 4x for shipping for each item on 1 small package. the items are the size of a penny - cost 2 bucks to ship
3.Contacted seller - delayed response, very rude, did not help resolve problem just gave me bs about policy. AMAZON DOES NOT CHARGE 4X shipping for 1 package. blatant liars.
I believe this seller should be removed from Amazon, they are falsely citing Amazon as "not allowing shipment of multiple items in one package". Amazon FREQUENTLY ships multiple items in one package it is good for the customer, the seller, and the environment. This is a LIE. Kick these guys off Amazon. No bargains here.
Customer Review: Poor quality, doesn't work after a short time

I recently bought this for the Google G1 phone since it did not come with its own adapter for headphones. After about a month it started having problems in the end where the headphone jack goes. The connection is not very secure so audio goes out unless you play with the connection. This is tough for walking as the connection will get touched and then move the connection you had secured and audio will go out again.
Now I am having problems with the end that does in to the mini-USB port on the phone. That connection is not very tight either and it is now very difficult to get audio as both ends of this cable have issues and both need to be perfect to get any audio.
I strongly recommend people to NOT purchase this product, regardless of the price.

Definitely cheap, in price and in quality. The cable is very flimsy. The first cable I received the audio was playing on the left side intermittently. If I jiggled the cable, the left side would go in and out. I requested a replacement cable and the second one worked for about a week, then it started doing the exact same thing. I would highly recommend purchasing a different one with a mic, only because I think the wiring would have to be much better quality. I had one of those for over a year and it still works perfectly. This cable, however, is garbage and I don't recommend it at all.Customer Review: CHEAP

the adapter was already bad when I got it. the audio was split, I was only able to hear 1 channel, as in the instrumental of tracks. I used every headphone I had available in all different shapes and sizes, but I figured the adapter was the issue. its soo cheap that the pin popped out easily. no point of returning since the shipping would cost me more than what I would get in return...waste of cash...I recommend the adapter that includes the usb port..it looks bulky but it really isn't...and the best thing of that one is that IT WORKS!!...Customer Review: not as advertised

This is NOT any kind of HTC OEM product, nor is it a "stereo" adapter. It's a "GT Max" accessory, and it only produces one signal of sound (only audible through one side of completely operational headphones). Save yourself the trouble with this and just get the HTC OEM 3.5mm 2.5mm Headset Adapter Converter... if you're going to need a dongle anyway to use headphones, why not go ahead and have the capability to charge the phone at the same time???
