This "organic" item came packaged in toxic-smelling very thick plastic packaging. I'm commenting on the packaging, since many people who choose organic do so out of a hope of having less impact on the environment. Also, relatedly- there's pretty much no way of knowing if the product actually is organic: It's imported, with no indication of how it was determined to be organic.
Regarding the item itself: Note that it's for babies 10-15 lbs, so you probably won't be able to use it for a little while. But otherwise, the sleepsack is fine-- it fits well and the zipper works well.... the fabric is a bit stiff though compared to others we've purchased. The Halo sleepsacks seem to have softer fabric (both micro fleece and jersey type).
