I recently purchased this raincoat for my 1 1/2 year old son and am delighted with the purchase. The raincoat is 100% pvc free, has a snuggly (but this) lining to keep my son warm, and of course is waterproof. My son finds it very comfortable and likes that it has a soft material that moves well with him, unlike many raincoats that are quite stiff and inflexible. I appreciate that it has snaps and not zipper as zippers tend to break or are difficult for small children to use. Using the snaps my son can put the raincoat on (as well as take it off) by himself, which thrills us both. Note that my son is fairly tall for his age but I still exepct the 3T to fit him for quite some time to come. At the time of purchase I ordered the 4T as well (from Amazon) but was able to send that one back and keep just the 3T. This is an excellent product and I am really pleased. I just ordered the matching rainboots and am confident they will work well for my son, too.
